Im looking forward to seeing if the Hispanic shift happens as suggested. I think Florida and Texas will also be important in that respect. One thing for certain, there will be some wailing from the left once the mid-terms are over. Now that Tulsi is leaving the Democrats there is the smell of revenge in the air.
Agreed. I also think we will see the biggest effects of the Hispanic defection in the House, although it could be the deciding factor in AZ and NV. I'll address it a little more in my article about house predictions this weekend.
I like Tulsi a lot in principle but I think she is just coming into her own as far as her worldview is concerned. 2 years ago she was a progressive with some libertarian tendencies. I think she will find a home as more of a Ron Paul libertarian... but she is going to have to come to terms with the fact that she was wrong on universal healthcare and some other things.
She will continue to be a thought leader though and has a big future in the libertarian conservative wing of the GOP if she so chooses. Or she may feel more at home as an independent. Either way, she is smart and likable and I can get behind her. She is definitely pissed at the Covid freak, bomb everything, Russia behind every corner liberal hive-mind. Anyone who is against that is fine by me.
I agree more with you than you do with yourself. While we are less than a month out, we are still 1.5 lifetimes out also. A lot can happen.
You are On. The. Money. re: Herschel Walker. Kemp will win convincingly and drag across HW along like a Dawg Pile at the goal line v 'Bama and Nicky Satan.
I finally moved to Savannah, so my vote will be decisive.
BTW, it IS going to be a huuuuuuge RED WAVE. Buckle up.
Ha! Glad you are down here! I am looking forward to getting over there or maybe you stopping by Daufuskie when I'm down there. I am also officially a GA resident and am looking forward to voting a straight Republican ticket. Kemp is the man!
